WANTED: A Senior Development Test and Evaluation Engineer/Analyst (Air Systems) with demonstrated experience in supporting DoD Air Systems MDAP acquisition programs, developmental test and evaluation programs, and systems analysis. As a Sr. DT&E Engineer/Analyst (Air Systems) you will: Work to evaluate and secure cutting-edge technology and engineering capabilities to facilitate modernization efforts and support DoD joint warfighting efforts. A week in the life of a Sr. DT&E Engineer/Analyst (Air Systems): Provide Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Systems Engineering support of Air Systems Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP). Review and assess Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), developmental test plans, System Engineering Plans (SEPs), Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSPs), Acquisition Decision Memoranda (ADMs), Acquisition Baselines and Strategies, and other milestone decision documents. Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews. Provide working-level integrated product teams (WIPTs) Test and Evaluation and systems engineering support. Support Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRA). Develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers. Assess and provide recommendations on DT&E policy. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers. Experience to include supporting policy and process engineering activities. Experience supporting OSD and/or Service Branch HQ organizations. Well versed in DoD 5000 instruction and DoDAF EOE M/F/Disability/Veterans
