The Janitorial Technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the entire community. Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent preferred * Prior housekeeping experience preferred * Ability to follow written and oral instructions * Ability to perform basic math calculations * Capable of working independently or without direct supervision * Operate basic housekeeping equipment * Ability to travel to multiple sites, if requested * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Responsibilities and Expectations: * Completes general daily housekeeping/cleaning for the community. * Cleaning of vacant units in preparation for new resident. * Assists maintenance with placement of recycling tubs and waste bins. * Ensures all common areas are kept clean, including the exterior of buildings. * May assist with light snow removal and/or salting outside areas. * Performs sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and carpet cleaning. * Interacts with community residents.
