As a PROCUREMENT ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties: Reviewing acquisition plans and complex solicitations to ensure that terms, provisions, and clauses properly encompass unique and unconventional situations.Advising program office personnel on the evaluation of technical and cost proposals and overseeing detailed pricing and cost analysis.Drafting various policy documents to include acquisition policy, DCSA-wide policy, templates, standard operating procedures, and preparing and presenting training on various acquisition topics.Ensuring contract files are compliant with law, regulation, policy, and sound business practices.Preparing responses to Congressional inquiries, Freedom of Information Act requests, or other sensitive correspondence; Representing the agency and organization at industry meetings.
