Summary

In this important role, you will support the US Agency for International Development (USAID). USAID is the world's premier international development agency and a catalytic actor driving development results. USAID's work advances U.S. national security and economic prosperity, demonstrates American generosity, and promotes a path to recipient self-reliance and resilience. Your work as a Management & Program Analyst will make a difference in USAID's Management (M) Bureau by providing management analysis and monitoring and reporting services to the Critical Coordination Structure (CCS).

Responsibilities

Specifically, the Management and Program Analyst will support the following functions:
  • Assist and participate in analyzing program performance data to identify trends, issues, and problems.
  • Assist senior specialists in conducting special studies or research projects related to specific program goals and issues.
  • Recommend resource requirements for B/IO resilience.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or a related field, plus at least 3 - 5 years of specialized experience OR
  • Master's degree and 1 - 3 years of specialized experience
  • Specialized experience with:
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating various operational management program plans, policies, directives, procedures, and systems, etc. to assess organizational impact
  • Applying analytical and evaluative methods to measure quality and efficiency to promote improvements to agency programs and preparing various reports and information on metrics and trends for various programs
  • Project Management skills required, including knowledge of Project Management Software is required
  • Active Secret clearance
  • The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in international development or humanitarian work and/or knowledge of USAID operations and policy desirable though not required.
  • Required to adhere to Chenega Corporation mandate that all employees must be fully vaccinated to COVID-19 by December 8, 2021.
