Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receive world class customer service and sales support. This position is in a union environment and the scheduling is subject to shift bid. New employees can expect to work the following schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 4pm-12:30am as well as overtime hours. Essential Requirements: Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to build relationships with customers. This position requires strong multitasking. The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
