Intro: As a Dynamics Solutions Architect, will provide technical leadership to enterprise scale projects and solutions and will have knowledge of multiple technological areas especially Microsoft Azure Cloud, PaaS, and Dynamics. Additionally, the Dynamics Solutions Architect will define and document architecture, capture and document non-functional (architectural) requirements, prepare estimates and define technical solutions. The position requires providing technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent, and resolve technical issues. What You'll Be Doing: Provide ongoing direction and support of Dynamics 365 platform including architecture, business process, system configuration, customization, and integration with third party applications End to end Dynamics 365 project life cycle delivery experience. From initial discovery through to go live and early life support. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs Manage software releases and rollouts and communicate to the end users about status and project conditions. Create written documentation including system architecture, configuration guides, project plans, policy and procedure, presentations, and other documents as necessary Provide current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional design documents Supporting sales activities to grow AIS' Dynamics capability. Contribute to capturing knowledge and intellectual property to improve our delivery on Dynamics engagements Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic Dynamics 365 and Power Apps implementations Proactively facilitate design thinking and technical review sessions to brainstorm solution design alternatives and drive decision making processes Location and Travel Details: This is a remote position with occasional travel. Profile of Success: Experience in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), web APIs, and SSIS Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing) Detailed product knowledge and technical expertise of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and a wider understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including but not limited to, Azure and SharePoint Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps as well as knowledge of development best practices Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred Two plus years working experience as a Solution Architect in a consulting or system integrator role Knowledge/certification on architecture frameworks/methods A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, documenting, and developing web-based and stand-alone software applications with MS Dynamics About AIS: AIS, Dedicated to Our People AIS employees can spend their entire career at AIS doing challenging, rewarding work and reach their desired level of achievement and responsibility.
