Our top producing Service Techs make $75k+ yearly * *Company vehicle provided, which can be driven home nightly* * *Company gas card provided* * Health, Vision, Dental, 401K and more *Duties and Responsibilities: * * Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition * Drive a company vehicle to customers' locations * Safely apply pesticides according to company policy, label instructions, and any applicable law * Document services performed according to company policy and any applicable law * Build and maintain relationships with teammates and customers * Call and communicate well to customers with updates * Respond quickly to customer and/or office requests * Assist in sales activities *Qualifications/Requirements: * * No experience required * Must be at least 21 years of age * High School or Equivalent preferred but not required * Valid Driver's License * Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen Required * Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, elevated heights * Ability to work with stinging and/or biting pests * Ability to read and write notes clearly * Be able to lift equipment backpack, up to 50 lbs * Ability to successfully complete state pesticide applicator licensing process * Able to handle, mix, and spray pesticides and the chemicals associated with the #INDLP Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Tips License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations
