Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to planning and implementing all aspects of marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Marketing and Communications - Marketing Strategy - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesResearch and identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redraft the organization's marketing plan and philosophy.Develop and implement marketing plans to serve the business objectives.Stay informed of changes in the marketing environment and coordinate market research projects.Create and convey brand messages, as well as improve brand awareness.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required ExperiencesAt least 3 years of relevant marketing strategies experienceBachelor degree or equivalentDesired ExperiencesUser Experience Design (UX design, UX, UED or XD) experience highly preferred.Consumer marketing, mortgage industry, or financial services experience a plusAbility to drive marketing strategy for priorities such as housing education, climate impact, disaster relief, and talent acquisitionIntegrated, multi-channel campaign planning and execution with ability to optimize based on resultsAbility to understand and simplify complex subject matterSkillsSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandThe group of skills related to Marketing and PR including marketing products, social media marketing, creating collateral, planning and developing campaigns, managing the media, etc.The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionThe group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictThe group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.Additional InformationIn response to COVID-19, Fannie Mae has adapted our workplace and hiring processes to better safeguard our employees, candidates, and new hires.
