Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings. A capable candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration skills, keen understanding of Hyper-scaler's, hyper-converged, server and storage technologies, a broad understanding of the enterprise market and the ability to provide business analysis and build business cases in support of prioritizing projects and programs in support of a full portfolio of products. Ultimately, the candidate will be responsible for providing group wide business analytics, driving product structure through ordering systems and supporting product management business transformation activities. Key Responsibilities * Cloud SME to the full product management and development organization as design choices are made that can interact or complicate ordering to determine the optimum outcomes * Develop product structures for complex solutions offerings including software, hardware, networking, services and factory integration * Support for key business initiatives requiring in-depth business analytics acumen leading to actionable activities and measurements ensuring progress * Manage and support the product structure as required from define through full lifecycle * Develop methods to accelerate abilities to order and fulfill offers based on knowledge of the quoting through manufacturing processes Key Qualifications * 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience with HCI and/or server based technologies. * Undergraduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience and advanced degree preferred. * Strong knowledge of HCI and IT industry technologies, future trends, and direction * Must be fully knowledgeable in classic marketing skills (ie Product, Positioning, Pricing, and Promotion) * Strong analytical skills * Good organization skills, including the ability to form cross-functional project teams effectively within Dell Technologies * We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
