Admissions Assistant The George Mason University Office of Admissions seeks a part-time Admissions Assistant to support non-degree enrollment. Responsibilities:Daily review of new non-degree applications;Processing of transcripts or other supporting documentation;Communication with applicants to ensure that they complete the application process in a timely fashion and register for courses; andAdditional responsibilities as assigned to help support the Office of Admissions.Required Qualifications:Demonstrated skill in effective professional communication;Demonstrated customer-service experience;Skill in working in a deadline-driven environment;Ability to perform work with attention to detail; andAbility to manage a large volume of emails.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual;Data entry experience;Banner Information System experience; andSalesforce CRM experience.The Office of Undergraduate Admissions serves students Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. A flexible schedule within our working hours is available at the discretion of the supervisor. Total expected hours of work per week is 25-29. This is an ongoing position, and we are seeking an individual who will become a long-term team member.
