Summary

The MIL Corporation is looking for a Technical Support Specialist III (Mac Admin/JAMF Engineer) to support a government client in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
  • Mac Support: Tier 1 to Tier 3
  • Provide support for over 150 LIB Macs and an additional 50 or more on LOC Test
    • Support VIP users as single point of contact
  • Hardware lifecycle inventory management
  • Configure and maintain macOS Build image and workflows
  • Mac packaging - testing and deployment
    • Patch management for macOS software and 3 rd party apps
    • Assist with new software and testing
  • Jamf Pro administrator and support
    • Support server infrastructure, which included macOS Server and Windows 2016 Server VM
    • Support MySQL, Java JRE and any or all Jamf Pro Server components
    • Monitor uptime and troubleshoot any crashes or issues
  • Provide and execute macOS CIS Hardening guide for operating systems and apps
  • Smart Card/PIV Tool development and deployment
  • Configure and deploy MFA and SSO for Macs
    • Centrify, Idaptive, CyberArk
  • Adobe CC packaging and deployment, support and troubleshooting,
    • Support Federated and Adobe IDs
  • Package and support 3 rd party security software
    • FireEye, Carbon Black, Qualys Agent, Tanium McAfee Endpoint and Agent
    • Provide scripts and remediation for any Apple malware or virus
  • Take on the role as SME and provide training or assistance to junior admins

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of basic Unix/Linux commands pertinent to the Mac environment

  • Prior experience with federal government contracting
  • Strong customer service skills
