If you're looking for work in Chantilly, Virginia and can work a long-term contract position, this could be the Customer Service Representative opportunity for you!How you will make an impact- Receive and place telephone calls- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion- Receive and send written business correspondence Requirements - Excellent oral and written communications skills- Microsoft Excel experience- Good understanding of Student Financial Aid- General familiarity with Microsoft Word- Customer service experience preferred- Proven knowledge of typing 45 - 60 words per minute- Quality experience with Inbound Call Center- Experience with typing- Wide ranging experience with Resolve Customer Issues- Well-founded grasp of Typing Data Entry- Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Issues- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook- Practical knowledge of Inbound Call Center- Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, eg ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills- Excellent computer skills- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach- Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desiredWe are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
