How you'll make a difference:As a Financial System Analyst, you will support Custom Ink's financial management team, systems, and processes to deliver robust solutions that can scale and adapt to achieve the company's plans for future growth. As a systems expert, you will be the contact point to advise and deliver on the finance and accounting roadmaps while providing "WOW" experience to team members by delivering high-quality deployments, ongoing support, and continuous enhancements. What you'll do:As a Financial System Analyst, you will take ownership of the enhancement and expansion of the various finance and accounting systems at Custom Ink. You will collaborate with functional leads from various areas and be the technical, go-to person to support and implement new functionality, including potential replacement of our core EMS platforms. Custom Ink is currently using Workday as our primary financial and HCM platform.In this role, you will:Responsible for system administration, user support, and enhancements of financial systems to provide automated operations and robust processesDefine and manage security, roles, and access Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to optimize business processes and operational efficiencySetup and support data integrations including third-party connectorsDevelop and support Reports & Dashboards for teams and company-wide decision makingConfigure financial modules and third-party apps to work together to meet company and department requirementsAs a system expert provide thought leadership and advice on process improvements & solutionsAs a member of the core working group, advise on project quantification and prioritizationLead scheduled upgrades to ensure operations are not impacted and new opportunities are identifiedProfessional and ethical handling of sensitive and confidential informationYour success will be measured by how you deliver roadmap projects based on time & quality and maintain healthy system KPIsThis role also requires professional and ethical handling of sensitive and confidential personal and financial information (eg compensation and benefits).How you'll be measured:Delivery of roadmap projects based on time and quality of deliverablesMaintaining healthy ROI and system KPIs Quality of analysis and recommendationsAbility to communicate and transform it into action and decisionsExecuting projects tied to team OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)Elevating and supporting Custom Ink teammatesWhat we're looking for:Seasoned analyst with 5 to 7 years of financial platform experience supporting accounting practices in an organization(s) with $500M+ in revenueExpert level knowledge of at least one major ERP, EMS, or dedicated finance and accounting platform (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.) Preference is given to candidates with Workday Financials experience.Experience in configuring and implementing new modules within the financial platform and integrating best-in-class cloud solutionsStrong change management and product management skills (gathering requirements, defining desired outcomes, gap analysis, user expectation management)Strong experience integrating third-party applications (tax calculation, exemption management, lease management, etc.)A successful candidate will have:Advanced administration and configuration skills of the financial platform - requiredAdvanced report development (with composite reports & dashboard) - requiredStrong Integrations experience using SaaS connectors, defining data structure and translation requirements - requiredRelease/change management (tenant management and deploying changes)Ability to write queries in underlying database structureAdvanced Business Process Optimization skills are required(certification preferred)Proven experience working with all levels of accounting team members from AR/AP clerks to the CFOStrong verbal & written communication skills Strong collaborator who is proactive and drives things to completionOrganized team player with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detailAbility to analyze data to find insights, think through problems & recommend solutionsOur Perks:We strive to live by the Golden Rule and create an environment that supports Team Members both professionally and personally.
