Job Purpose:Support the marketing team in the execution of digital marketing activities throughout US and Canada, working closely with the digital marketing manager to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads via online channels and the company website.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the management and optimization of US and Canada websites using the Adobe Experience Manager CMS, ensuring best-in-class website experiences and lead generation.Continued maintenance of all North America online content on our websites, landing pages, interactive tools, and other owned media. Will be the internal lead and project manager on website refreshes and ongoing enhancements. Identifies and prioritizes site health issues for our Group team.Serve as regional webmaster, collaborating with international colleagues to improve website performance. Provide CMS training regionally as necessary.Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and DataStudio to monitor web performance. Monitor for trends, fluctuations, and functionality issues, provide actionable recommendations and collaborate with Group and agency contacts to ensure the digital journey is seamless.Improve user experience and conversion rates through software/techniques like heat mapping, A/B testing, personalization, popup creation, and chat.Assist with the creation and testing of marketing automation programs required to support digital marketing campaigns.Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for prospects, customers, and partners.Assess organic search performance using SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog and identify improvement opportunities. Assist Digital Marketing Manager in the management of external SEO/SEM digital agency relationship.Key Requirements:Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing or Online MarketingStrong understanding of current digital marketing concepts & best practicesMotivated by a high-performance, high energy, fast-paced team dynamicProven record of driving consistent achievement of aggressive goals3+ years digital marketing experience with emphasis on website strategy.Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systemsAdvanced knowledge of website management & SEO, preferably with B2B experienceAbility to pull, process, and interpret online analytics reports with actionable data insights via Google Analytics or similar digital toolsExperience with UX and CRO tactics like A/B testing, personalization, and heat mappingPrevious experience in a similar role within a B2B organization.Experience managing a relationship with an external marketing agency
