The Program Manager shall provide day to day program management and oversight services for VI/Multimedia operational support for the life cycle of the project.

  • Accountable for all aspects of contract execution and manage the hands-on, day-to-day execution of related operational activities.
  • Responsible for program/project management operations and resourcing of all contract requirements, including staffing, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) accountability, and tasking responses.
  • Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of project management experience, including 8+ years supervisory experience
  • Must have Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or Federal Acquisition certification for Program and Project Managers (Sr. level FAC-P/PM)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
  • The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief.

Knowledge Skills and Abilitis:
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software.
  • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom, InCopy, Acrobat Pro XI.
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in operation of graphic production equipment, including large format laminators, large format printers, computerized engraver, and computerized mat cutters.
