Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a well established Real Estate company that is seeking a professional and experienced executive assistant to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain CEO's master calendar by scheduling calls, appointments, and meetings
  • Proactively own all logistics for meetings and events by prioritizing conflicting needs under tight deadlines and communicating changes efficiently
  • Manage large, complex business expense reporting in Concur
  • Book detailed and frequently changing personal and professional travel plans directly with airlines, hotels, and car services
  • Track charitable contributions on behalf of the CEO and provide updates accordingly

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate setting as a Scheduler, EA, or Chief of Staff
  • Ability to commute to Chevy Chase MD daily
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to work with numerous stakeholders on multiple matters simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to continually changing working conditions
