Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist the Deputy Director. The Administrative Coordinator will maintain internal and external communications to enhance networking opportunities.

Qualified candidate must be able to:
  • Manages the ongoing day-today administrative operations of the project
  • Plans and designate project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed
  • Develops a project management plan and provides consistent monitoring
  • Assists with planning and implementing all programmatic activities
  • Manages execution of all logistics for program events, including planning, travel, staffing, supplier relations, contract management and registrations
  • Collects and provides project director with data to enhance ongoing program evaluations
  • Provides consistent verbally and written (e.g., emails) communication flows with internal and external constituents


Qualifications:
  • Baccalaureate degree in business administration or related field Associate Degree in business administration or related with five years of experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with project management
  • 3 years budget management skills
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in managing complex projects
  • Strong planning skills and ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple tasks with projects and strategies with minimal to little or no supervision
  • Must be self-directed and function with minimal supervision
  • Detailed oriented and completes assigned tasks and projects within deadlines
  • Excellent financial management skills including developing and monitoring budgets and financial reporting
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and produce quality results on time with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A multi-tasker with strong ability to work under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
