Our client is a conservative organization. They are seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist their accounting office. The Accountant Clerk will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the province. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience in QuickBooks.

Qualified candidate must be able to:
  • Prepare invoices, disbursements, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, or presentation software
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Input customer data into CRM system
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • QuickBooks - 1 year (MUST HAVE)
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
