The Senior Marketing Manager (remote) is ideally a seasoned marketing professional. Focusing on the performance of several seasonal campaigns and programs, the Senior Marketing Manager is an essential member of the team tracking towards annual marketing and school enrollment goals. Essential functions include but are not limited to the following: Provide strategic direction for content curation across digital assets including website, all social channels, email campaigns, summer communication and collateral. Evaluate, research, and implement social media strategy. Work closely with school leadership teams to develop informational assets: Online information session, videos, step by step materials, FAQs Lead and develop workflow management of student retention/re-enrollment campaigns: Cross-team planning, implementation, communication, tracking. Understand and adopt benchmarks for performance and identify and adopt best practices. Collaborate to ensure cross-team program management of customer experience and satisfaction surveys Market research / competitive analysis for segment insights and to guide creative development Work closely with CRM Manager to oversee seasonal email/text campaigns across the unit Essential Skills/Minimum Qualifications: 4-6 years of marketing or communications experience in education, virtual education, or related field Candidates must be self-driven with the ability to execute complex workflows and manage cross-team collaboration. Knowledge of social media platforms and related tools. Canva, Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus. Possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills along with a positive outlook. Possess a passion for working in education, virtual education, or related field with the ability to foster great relationships. Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, analytic skills, and excellent follow-through. Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently.
