Plan layout and perform all required operations in the installation, maintenance, and repair on control panels, programmable controllers, motors, AC-DC motor controls, and any other electrical and electronic equipment in the plant. Interpret wiring drawings and prepare sketches for reference and schematic update. Install, bend, and fasten conduit. Make minor wiring layouts. Report on feasibility of proposed layout. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Direct the activities of assigned help. Detect and repair faulty equipment. Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product/service. Report unusual conditions or questionable items to supervisor. Obey all safety rules and regulations. Keep work area clean and orderly. Maintain records as required. Ability to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) required. Perform similar or miscellaneous duties as directed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Electrical Technology preferred. Minimum of 5-years related work experience. Working knowledge of 460v, 3-phase power and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines. Experience with flame controls and safety systems a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8 hours, if necessary. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
