Employee Health Coordinator The George Mason University Department of Safety, Emergency, and Enterprise Risk Management, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Employee Health Coordinator. About the Position:The Employee Health Coordinator supports the SEERM mission in daily matters, with an emphasis on providing technical and administrative support for the Employee Health and Well-Being function including: record keeping, scheduling, administrative support, screening navigator duties as needed.Required Qualifications:Prior experience (generally 1+ year(s)) in administrative/clerical/customer service work;Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams), databases and internet applications;Demonstrated skill in effective communication, both written and verbal; ability to communicate accurately and clearly, and in a timely manner;Skill in providing effective and respectful customer service;Critical thinking skills;Demonstrated time management skills;Ability to work with significant attention to detail;Ability to appropriately handle sensitive/confidential information;Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;Ability to work effectively with a broad range of personalities and work styles;Ability to proactively address issues/ask questions;Ability to prioritize projects and deadlines; andAbility to effectively and efficiently schedule customers for EHAW services, maintain program records (many of which will contain Personal Health Information).Preferred Qualifications:Experience at an institution of higher education;Associate's or Bachelor's Degree; andPrior experience with Occupational/Employee Health programs.
