The Appian Talent Acquisition team is passionate not only about all things recruitment, but ensuring we have first class experiences from a candidate's first interaction to supporting stakeholders in their hiring journey. We are responsible for end-to-end delivery - everything from creating interview processes, marketing our employment brand, to helping scale Appian's CIO organization. This position is responsible for leading the hiring efforts tied to our Technical organizations. You'll be responsible for hiring top technical talent for roles tied to our CIO team, which makes up Information Security, Software Support, and Business Technology. We care deeply about quality hires, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnerships.

In this Role, you will:

• Identify, Source, and message the best of the best technical talent at all levels, for niche and evergreen roles.
• Build effective partnerships with business stakeholders. Shape outcomes with hiring based on data and market trends.
• Own candidate lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring candidates experience a "white glove" level of service throughout their journey with Appian
• Think outside of the box and utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, and techniques to promote Appian as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

• Experience in a recruitment function role (Open to levels of experience)
• Experience recruiting for technical roles
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, and high growth environment
• Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition
• Proven success sourcing and hiring high level positions with niche skills sets
