Senior Associate, Talent & Performance Management Operational Excellence

Our Talent and Performance Management (TM/PM) team is on a mission to bring our differentiated people vision to all talent management solutions and create a more simple, empowering, transparent and inclusive experience for all associates. We are simultaneously supporting the execution of performance and talent management processes across the enterprise and delivering on an ambitious innovation agenda.

We are looking for a teammate on the TM/PM Operational Excellence Team which serves as the operational touchstone of the TM/PM organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support the creation, management, and consulting on applicable TM/PM policies
  • Support a well managed agenda to support recurring TM/PM processes including process management, documentation, and monitoring
  • Define success metrics, deliver reporting, and provide analysis for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Provide training and support for key stakeholder and partner teams
  • Execute a risk and control environment and supporting processes
  • Support local audits and ad hoc regulatory initiatives

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting or operations

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
  • 3+ years of experience in operations
