The Financial Accounting, Infrastructure and Reporting (FAIR) team is accountable for the integrity of the books and records of the Firm and its major lines of business (LOBs) and leading large-scale data, infrastructure, accounting standard and business process change management events. As a member of the FAIR team, you will work closely with Controllers, LOBs, Operations and Technology teams supporting Finance and Risk. This position is within the Strategic Implementation team and will support Derivatives End-to-End Program and Liquidity T+1 Reporting Program, focusing on data sourcing, target state operating model, cross-consumer usage and reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner with Program Leads to set and manage project scope, implementation plan, resourcing requirements, timelines, risks/issues/assumptions and dependencies; monitoring and recalibrating scope as necessary Assist in managing an end to end project plan inclusive of sourcing, requirements, operating model, testing, and technology activities for the initial consumption within the Corporate Data Lake (Everest) and ultimate consumption by Finance, Credit, Capital, Liquidity, and International Regulatory stakeholders in their infrastructure Maintain a robust communication and governance plan, including status reporting on major milestones or risks to the Program for key stakeholders and senior leaders Present key documents & lead discussions with various stakeholder audiences in order in order to influence and facilitate problem solving across multiple workstreams Build strong relationships with stakeholders across CIB and Corporate, including Technology groups, in order to align business requirements with technical solutions and remove blockers for technical delivery on data sourcing Support the development and documentation of a detailed end to end operating model with Workflows/Process Maps, Roles & Responsibilities, Data Use Cases, Operational Runbooks, Inventories of feeds, reconciliations, validations and adjustments Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree required; CPA / CFA helpful Program Management or Project Management experience preferred; preferably large scale implementation programs 5+ years of financial services experience; internal JPMorgan experience preferred Solid understanding of financial reporting processes and timelines, common infrastructure and systems .
