Join Takeda as a Change Management Lead R&D Implementation Office, Director where you will provide leadership for the design, implementation, delivery and measurement of the Future Fit Development Model Change Management journey and lead all change management strategies and activities ensuring alignment with desired organizational goals. Provide proven change management best practices to help Takeda navigate a complex change journey for R&D. You will also partner with leaders and functions across R&D to support the evolution of the new way of working and ensure that key stakeholders are ready to be part of the change and support the R&D Implementation Office in managing priorities and key stakeholder groups during change enablement journey. Ensure connectivity with workstreams and partnered functions to enable consistency and learnings across the broader program. As part of the Strategy and Operations Implementation Office, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations Implementation Office and work with a wide variety of teams across the R&D organization. How you will contribute: Provide change management strategy and solutions to support complex business process changes Define and implement global Change Management processes and tools for Future Fit Contribute to the design of change management standards Coordinate with peers in workstreams to ensure a consistent, high quality approach to change management throughout Future Fit (FF) and R&D Establish and maintain processes for evaluating effectiveness of change management efforts. Review change management and training plans to ensure adequacy. May engage and collaborate with third party vendors to develop and deliver change management solutions. Assess and verify that change management plans have the desired impact and adjust as needed. Share status of change journey with R&D IO and beyond to ensure awareness of progress Mentor staff in the design, development and execution of change management efforts. Partner with Communications, Workstreams and other R&D functions to ensure connection and consistency in the change management journey. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Advanced degree in life sciences and pharmaceutical fields.
