GEICO's Technology Solutions Underwriting Systems department at GEICO is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Senior MuleSoft Engineer/Architect who possesses a unique balance of technical depth, developmental, and strong architectural skills. Our team builds reusable components including gateways, API orchestrations, data services, and event processing. We work with Mulesoft's Real-Time Framework (RTF) on Microsoft AKS containers and apply CI/CD and code quality processes to reduce our cycle times and improve our delivery. The candidate should be passionate with a zeal for innovation, automation, guide projects from inception to completion, and accelerate the adoption of Integration Platform. To be an effective member of this group the candidate must be well versed in SDLC, Agile, DevOps Methodologies and need to provide technical guidance on the current IT trends to the management and engineering teams. The ideal candidate also requires excellent project management, great interpersonal, strong written, verbal communication skills that addresses business need and have a solid experience in successfully building partnerships with other IT groups.Qualifications:* A college degree in Computer Science or equivalent field* 5+ years in a senior application development role in design, build and maintain integrations for large enterprisesRequired Technical Skills:* Demonstrated MuleSoft project experience in integration and orchestration capabilities of MuleSoft.* Solid foundation in web service application development.
