This role is fully remote for 40 hours/week for at least 5-6 months (until end of year) with the possibility to extend!The ideal candidate has experience in Email Marketing that they can eventually translate to Push and SMS marketing.EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, execute, and lead email marketing programs to help achieve business KPIs and increase users/subscribers Manage end-to-end campaign execution: devise campaign strategy with key stakeholders, develop approvals, deploy final campaigns, optimize as necessary, report on performance, and investigate issues as needed Utilize analytics tools to monitor the full-funnel performance and health of programs, identify areas for improvement. Manage all the way to goal conversions Establish A/B tests for subject lines, content, cadence, audience segmentation, and timing to constantly improve results Be the voice of the team in all program related conversations, meetings, and brainstormsEMAIL MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years' experience developing and deploying lifecycle programs across multiple owned channels (email, push, SMS, site, in-app, etc). Email most important, others are a plus!
