**Description:**Under limited supervision of the Lead Stationary Engineer and under general supervision of the Facilities Engineering Manager /Assistant Director of Facilities Engineering, inspects, installs, and maintains all heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment. Maintains the preventive maintenance program for all HVAC equipment. In the absence of the Master HVAC mechanic utilizes their State of Maryland Journeyman license and Anne Arundel County licenses to maintain and repair refrigeration equipment.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ High School diploma or equivalent required.+ Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or a minimum of 5+ years related experience in the installation and repair of related equipment required.+ Maryland State and Anne Arundel County Journeyman HVAC license is required.+ Certified as Type 1 & 2 Technician as required by 40 CFR part 82, sub-part F.+ Valid driver's license required.+ All licenses must be kept current and in good standing.**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
