**This is a remote position. Depending on candidate's experience level, we can hire as either a Compensation Analyst or a Senior Compensation Analyst. JOB SUMMARY: The Compensation Analyst is part of the Human Resources department with LifeBridge Health and reports directly to the Compensation Manager. The Compensation Analyst administers the compensation programs ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness across the LifeBridge system and multiple market segments. This position will complete salary surveys, interpret data, examine predictors to market changes and administer the compensation structure. The Compensation Analyst assists HR leadership in the planning and developing of the compensation philosophy. REQUIREMENTS: Basis professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice in a specialized field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience. Knowledge of healthcare compensation practices. Location: LifeBridge Health .
