Responsibilities:Ability to train, coach, and lead a recruiting team with various levels of experienceExperience recruiting and sourcing for technical talent in a similar environment along with advertising across multiple levels and technical profilesAbility to generate a high volume of high-quality talentDemonstrated creativity in delivering against strategic sourcing initiatives for DoD and ICThinks strategically and stays on top of tactical executionResults orientedAbility to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environmentExperience with developing strong relationships with recruiters, managers, business partners and candidatesStrong business acumen - understanding how to balance business needs and candidate experience Qualifications: Qualifications:8-10 years of recruiting experience supporting DoD and IC customersUS Citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance if requestedCommunication savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships across a wide diversity of people and networksExperience designing and executing diversity and equity strategies to achieve strategic goals and objectivesExperience with iCIMS, social media, and recruiting process workflowsKnowledge, expertise, and creativity in developing targeted sourcing plans including social networking sites, college campuses, driving internal referral programs, etc.Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, judgment and integrity coupled with high degree of integrity and trustAble to successfully partner with managers and leaders across the organization to effectively address issues, develop solutions and implement programsExcellent presentation, project management, and facilitation skillsManaging multiple and changing priorities effectivelyAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively within teamsCapacity to effectively establish relationships and build rapport with senior leadershipAbility to navigate issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and bring a deep commitment to advancing these valuesAbility to identify ways that bias impacts hiring and retention and implement solutions to lead to equitable outcomesIdentification with Criterion Systems goals and commitment to Criterion Systems values.Demonstrated expertise in selection/assessment skills and critical thinking/problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and integrityDetailed orientated and administratively strongSolid understanding of Human Resources standards, employment laws and policies that affect talent acquisition Criterion Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries are committed to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination at all levels of our organization.
