Position Summary The individual in this role has the responsibility of supporting the Division Revenue Growth Managers (RGM) in managing the revenue and trade budget for all NUSA divisions. The employee will directly support the Senior Finance Manager in evaluating efficiency in overall trade spend, operational forecast accuracy, annual goal setting, and providing ad-hoc analysis regarding trade spend. This role also works cross-functionally with Sales, FP, Accounting, and Division Finance. The ideal candidate has an advanced understanding of syndicated data, is a proactive and quick learner, and is capable of communicating effectively with various internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: *Ensure accurate monthly loading of operational forecast *Develop and present monthly business updates (eg consumption trends, forecast changes) during operational forecast reviews to senior level staff *Provide FP commentary regarding year-over-year analysis and forecast versus actuals variances *Support finance managers in the goal building process and assist FP in timely consolidation *Provide input and assist team members in revenue growth management projects *Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree *3-5 years of finance experience *Willingness to constantly learn, think critically, and pragmatically solve problems *Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and be detail-orientated *Ability to harmoniously work in a team *Demonstrable experience illustrating insights from data through statistics or data visualization. *Proficient in Excel *Position is located in Arlington (VA) but Solon (OH) could be considered as well Preferred Qualifications: *Previous experience in commercial/sales finance *CPG/FMCG industry knowledge *Understanding of syndicated data (Nielsen or IRI) Requisition ID 183714 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
