(Flexible) Position SummaryMaintain the Human Resources Information Systems that cover all areas including but not limited to recruiting, performance management, career development, compensation, succession planning in support of human resources talent activities. Support the HR function and provide data reporting/analysis as needed. This position will be assigned to one of our office locations with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Responsibilities: Primary and Essential Accountabilities Maintain the Human Resources Information Systems that cover all talent areas including but not limited to: recruiting, performance management, career development, benefits, compensation, succession planning in support of human resources talent activitiesSupport project management, analysis, testing, design, implementation and ongoing support for all HR Systems and projectsEvaluate and review all new releases, enhancements and/or changes to the systemsRecommend and implement approved new functionalityAssist in the coordination of Human Resources users, IT and the vendors to enhance HR systems and processesInteract with a cross section of HR, management and employee client population in implementations, ongoing support and new initiativesProvide all system administration functions including but not limited to: report management, content changes, process or form changes, supporting other system administrators, resolving any integrations issues, etc.May attend vendor user group meetings and forumsAssist in identification of system training needs, development, and deliveryEnsure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data and conduct troubleshooting, auditing and system maintenanceWork closely with all vendors to ensure seamless integration of systemsSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationAnticipate future human resources needs and ensures software systems are in place to meet future needs of the organization.Additional AccountabilitiesData analysis, entry, tracking, and reporting. Run, analyze, and create various reports in support of the HR departmentResponsible for HR metrics, headcount and turnover reports, trends analysis, training tracking reports, tuition assistance, recruitment, and other HR program and personnel data reporting.Support compliance reporting and planning (AAP, VETS reporting, etc.), and audits.Responsible for electronic filing system and HR recordkeeping. Qualifications: Basic QualificationsMinimum 2+ years maintaining HR systems and databases. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with HR information systems, learning management systems, and recruiting management systems.Experience with SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or similar.
