About us We are looking for a results-oriented leader who will be responsible for generating and driving new business sales. The Executive Sales Manager will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results. This individual will hire and train the best sales talent, optimize our new business sales processes, and closely support additional departments. As a trusted advisor internally and externally, the Executive Sales Manager must be an effective collaborator and relationship builder, strong people leader, and strategic problem solver. In addition, as a member of a motivated sales team, the Manager must also grow revenue by seeking out new accounts, following up with incoming leads and proactively contacting existing customers to optimize and secure sales. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets * Create and communicate sales goals and ensure that all levels of management are informed on the progress of those goals * Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs * Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes * Effectively communicate marketing strategies and propositions, both internally and externally, through presentations and proposals * Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets * Actively lead and support a varied sales team in order to optimize impact and sales potential EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE: * 5+ years as an enterprise sales leader * Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage talent * Industry sales experience * Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance results as an individual contributor and sales leader * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive-engagement skills * Successful track record of forecasting with accuracy and predictability * Energetic leader, dedication to success and an unrelenting drive to propel sales forward COMPENSATION: * Competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and year-end bonus based on profitability * Benefits: Dental, Vision, and Paid Medical; Flexible PTO Policy; Immediate Paid Holidays; 401 (k) with Employer Match LOCATION: Shippensburg, PA (Reliably Commute or Plan to Relocate) EDUCATION: Bachelor's in Business or Sales and Marketing or related field (Preferred); Master's in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university/institution a plus
