Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage key digital activities to acquire and retain both job seekers and clients for our internal customers. The ideal candidate supports the team to drive the effectiveness, accuracy, compliance, and functionality of the platform to facilitate increased engagement, online growth of the business and lead tracking. The Digital Marketing Specialist works with our internal customers to train, manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date web campaigns to ensure flawless operation. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs In addition, you will work with the broader Scrum & marketing teams to drive maintain our internal and career websites. This position demands someone who is a self-starter, curious, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver with a willingness to learn the ins and outs of website management (CMS), digital marketing best-practices and other platforms (ie Sitecore or other CMS). Responsibilities Essential Functions: Marketing Cloud Provide technical leadership, support and training for marketing managers to ensure overall campaign quality. Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the Salesforce Marketing platform; making approved changes to process and workflows, configuring changes, activate plug-ins, working directly with end users to resolve support issues. Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the Salesforce Marketing platform. Advise teams on design, development and overall Salesforce best practices. Execute all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. Create process documentation for users and provide internal training on processes. When needed, perform root cause analysis and resolution for all Salesforce Marketing issues. Provide guidance in the development of infrastructure requirements with business, architectural group, and solutions team. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding projects within or that integrate with the Salesforce Marketing Platform. Work with functional teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in Salesforce. Develop systems integrations and process automation; Identify opportunities to leverage automation Website CMS Using CMS to update, edit and manage website content. Run routine link and performance checking tools, report on results and fix issues. Ensure site quality across all browsers and devices. Test and review changes made to the site for quality. Conduct regular site audits. First level support for issues and training. Ensure the website is functioning, optimized, and updated to deliver the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness. Work closely with and support members of AGS marketing teams to drive website results through collaboration. Proactively manage website content requests for timeliness, relevance, and accuracy. Qualifications Minimum Education and/or Experience: Bachelors' degree or equivalent training Salesforce certified Admin (required) Salesforce platform developer (a plus) Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Experience in Salesforce implementation, training, and documentation Skills/Abilities: Willingness to learn new technology Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete projects on time Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently An eagerness to learn web content and performance best practices Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete projects on time Core Competencies: Build Relationships Develop people Lead change Inspire Others Think critically Communicate clearly Create accountability
