We are seeking a highly qualified, strong leader to influence and enable the strategic direction of the Autonomous and Tactical Air Systems (ATAS) Business Unit Contracts and Property team headquartered in McLean, Virginia. The candidate selected will be a direct report to the Global Logistics and Modernization Division Director of Contracts & Property and will support the ATAS Business Unit and Vice President. Located in McLean, VA, the ATAS Business Unit Contracts Director (D1) is responsible for a wide range of activities to include leading all contracts and property policies and ensuring knowledge development of the team. In addition to McLean, VA, this position may be located in Sierra Vista, AZ, or Oklahoma City, OK, or may consider a full time teleworker for the right candidate. This position requires regular interaction with executive management at the Business Unit, Division, Sector and Corporate levels, plus the customer base. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to: Lead an engaging geographically dispersed team (Oklahoma City, OK, Sierra Vista, AZ, Clearfield, UT, etc.) with a varied portfolio of contract types for multiple customers Provide trusted and valued advice and guidance on contractual matters and business aspects in general in support of Division achievement of goals Develop highly effective customer relations (both internal and external stakeholders) Manage the Government Property team and ensure property control activities, and accountability of government property, are in compliance with policy and FAR Part 45 property regulations Possess excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Increase efficiency by adapting best practices and advocating for a new technology/process to improve team performance Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience (of which at least 4 years include management experience) to include in-depth understanding of Government acquisition policies, regulations and proposal compliance requirements. Strong technical contracts background to include proposal development and negotiation skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Experience building and developing high-performing teams that will achieve success through a strong culture of early engagement, internal collaboration and critical thinking Ability to lead meetings with government regulatory organizations Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance Experience leading teams, including cross-functional/cross-organization teams. Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively bring projects to completion. Preferred Qualifications: Contractor Logistics Services (CLS) contracting experience Global contractual experience with international direct commercial sales pursuits and contract awards Active US Secret Security clearance NCMA Certification (CPCM, CFCM and/or CCCM) Government Property Management experience Salary Range: $134,000 USD - $245,600 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
