Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will oversee all accounts receivable activities and operations in Integral Federal business organization. Support customers to identify and resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and drive monthly collection targets. A successful individual will be self-motivated-someone who can recognize how processes can improve and effectively implement positive changes. The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You will earn trust with our customers to facilitate timely payment. Responsibilities: Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer receivables and work independently to maximize Integral Federal cash flow by solving customer payment issuesFull cycle of accounts receivable past due balances, including research, analysis and account reconciliations, proof of delivery validation and application of cashManage collections, scheduling resolution sessions to understand the procure-to-pay cycles of our customersManaging and resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivablesManaging internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiriesMaintain customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for informationUnderstand the billing processes to provide guidance to customers, identify defects and drive resolution upstream of ARMonthly reconciliation of Unbilled Analysis and Accounts Receivable accounts Assist with Interim and yearly financial Audit Understand the pain points of customers and solve our customer's problemsProvide insight and manage procedures and processes with internal support teamsProviding prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customersEscalating when appropriate to direct manager and/or senior leadersActing as the Voice of the Customer for our top tier customers and Sales Teams, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvementActively seeking solutions to customer and sales needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experienceProviding detailed updates to internal leadership teams on the customer account status and path to resolving outstanding issues Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in accounting/ finance or a related analytical field.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting /BusinessDeltek Cost PointDemonstrated Excel skillsExperience working with large enterprise customersExperience working effectively across internal and external organizations.Strong verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skills Company Overview: Integral Federal's expertise spans identity intelligence, multimodal biometrics, cybersecurity, and IT application development and service management.
