Join our team.Gunnison is seeking energetic and dedicated team member to support our Government Customer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Position: CRM Technical Business AnalystClearance: TS/SCILocation: Fort Belvior, VA areaDescription: Provide Subject Matter Expertise with regards to Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based application. Perform requirements assessments and deliver associated functional and technical roadmaps for implementation, configuration, and ongoing sustainment of Dynamics CRM-based solution supporting DoD clients. Act as liaison between customer and s/w vendor to communicate requirements and capabilities.Work with key stakeholders and user representatives to deliver evaluations, recommendations, and assessments.Identify gaps in system functionality against requirementsIdentify local solutions that have been created outside systems of recordDiagnose adoption issues with associated solution that need to be overcome for future alternativesPerform Fit/Gap Analysis to identify unsatisfied current and future functional needsDevelop Roadmap document that incorporates functional requirements, considers organizational security challenges, and brings best technical approach to the organization.Manage new system requests/requirements through documentation, tracking, prioritizing, and communicating the changes.Keep customer updated by communicating all ongoing implementation, system upgrades/features, and downtime interruption status.Review submitted and not submitted trouble ticketsSubmit service ticket on behalf of the customer when resolutions cannot be determined onsiteCreate advanced findings, dashboards, SQL reports, and workflows using the Dynamics CRM-based application.Evaluate current system usagePosition Requirements:10 Years IT experience in the CRM space or 5 years as a functional CRM SME with 5 years of technology experienceCertified in configuring and supporting MS Dynamics (preferably) or another CRM toolActive TS/SCI clearanceDemonstrated experience in facilitating requirements gathering and analysisAbility to work on-site every dayPosition DesirableExperience with DoD workforce managementWhy Join Gunnison?Gunnison takes on ambitious projects.
