Calling all Recruiter! I'm sourcing for multiple recruiter positions in a wide range of industries which includes, non-profit, tech, education, and government contracting. The recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a great experience. Responsibilities:Manages full life cycle recruiting Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine a competitive compensation planActs as liaison between the company, hiring manager, and candidatesPartners with the hiring manager to determine staffing needs and position requirementsEnsures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulationsEnsures all hiring activities are adequately tracked and maintained for compliance Maintains application forms, resumes, and interview documentation for all candidatesUses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, job boards, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidatesMaintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients Competencies:Excellent organization and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingWorking knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systemsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDegree PreferredIf you meet these requirements above, Let's connect!
