Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for developing a professional network of hiring managers, department heads, business owners, CEOs, CFOs, etc. You will grow the presence of CFS in your territory. This is a client-facing, B2B sales role. Manage all facets of the sales process, from initial prospecting to client retention. This is a full-cycle sales position. You will have full ownership over your accounts throughout your tenure at CFS. Learn about the job market in your area, prospect for growing businesses and hard-to-fill positions. Call to find out who is hiring, get leads, begin building a relationship. Ask questions! Learn about each hiring manager's company, team, and employment practices. Uncover any open positions they are looking to fill. Explain our specialty recruiting services, what sets us apart . Sell yourself, your team, and our top-tier candidates. Negotiate fees and contracts, sign on new business partners. Share the information you've gathered with the recruiters on your team. Work alongside them to recommend the best candidates for each job opening. Get someone hired! Follow up with clients throughout the employment of their hires-resolve any questions/concerns and continue building the relationship. Follow up with potential and past clients, stay connected. Check in, help them improve their business by hiring the right people. Perform market research, give advice, write & share job market updates. Training and Advancement: Direct, in-person training so you can bond with your team, listen to how top performers handle advanced situations and get your questions answered in real time CFS University is a 2 week long intensive training course for all new hires. Meet other employees from all over the country, learn from Senior Leadership, and practice new tips & tricks. Monthly company-wide training calls, a large network of support, yearly advanced trainings, a mentorship program, and a leadership program all provide frequent opportunities to improve your skills. Over time this role naturally evolves from new business development to account management. You will build a robust book of business, leading to many referrals and return clients down the line. Candidate Requirements: 1+ years of professional (post-education) job tenure Experience in a customer or client-facing role , regardless of industry (sales, recruiting, accounting, finance, or professional services preferred ) Ability to commute to our office in Bethesda for in-person training, before transitioning to a more flexible schedule Skills: professional communication; time-management/scheduling; knack for "reading people", making connections and following up Personality: self-motivated, likes to learn, enjoys problem-solving, business-oriented, wants clear instructions and a proven path to success, has a sense of humor!
