Sparks Group has partnered with a financial institution seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team. This is a Direct Hire, hybrid position (2 days/week onsite). If you are interested in learning more about Sparks Group and the opportunity, please submit your resume today.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaboration to determine and fulfill their reporting and analytics requirements
- Develop/maintain service metrics and operational reporting
- Lead regular review and look for value and efficiencies opportunities in the results of the metrics
- Manage the Analytics Visualization Layer, work with IT to support, enhance, and maintain the components of the data analytics
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 5 years of operational financial institution experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with analytic and presentation software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SQL, Access, Excel, cView)
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects with minimum supervision
- COVID-19 vaccine: must be fully vaccinated before starting; valid medical/religious reasons for seeking an exemption will be considered
