Energy Analyst

InSite, LLC has an opening for Energy Analyst in Washington DC. Candidate will help InSite, LLC deliver value to clients by analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating building energy and systems data, including resource consumption data. Job duties will involve: developing energy baselines and performing analytics against baselines; analyzing client building energy and sustainability models; performing analysis of energy/resource conservation measures; developing client sustainability programs; documenting and presenting anomaly findings and data-driven recommendations; performing analytical tasks and generating energy performance reports; developing data visualizations; developing, maintaining, and quantifying utility rebate potential; working to identify and execute rebate and incentive program applications; and providing energy and rebate analyst expertise. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree, or higher, in Energy Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or closely related engineering field and at least 12 months of experience in the position of Energy Analyst or similar position involving energy analysis, energy engineering, or data analytics, sustainability, or MEP design within the energy field. Job requires brief periods of travel (less than a week at a time) approx. 2 to 3 times per year to visit client sites on the Eastern Seaboard.
