If your referral is hired, you'll receive a $3000 payment! code-extreferThe TKO program is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO. The successful candidate will be able to provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture. They will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment. Experience with CNO data is nice to have.Basic QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.ORA High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area).ORA Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.Required skills: Experience working in an Agile EnvironmentStrong project management skillsExperience with providing roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flowsSolid understanding of the customer data flow architectureEEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
