ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Client Integration and Testing Analyst requiring a Public Trust who will primarily work remotely but go onsite at one of the FAA Tech Centers as needed (Atlantic City, NJ; Fort Worth, TX; Washington, DC; or Oklahoma City, OK). In this role, you will be responsible for patching clients, building the client image(s), managing all aspects of Group Policies and scripts, implementation of client baseline configurations, packaging applications that require changes to the client, testing of changes to clients, and managing the client portion of the Pre-Production Environment. The position will test and implement new client technologies, hardware and software, prior to deployment. As the Client Integration and Testing Analyst you will join a dynamic team working collaboratively to ensure the operational status of FAA client machines (desktops, laptops, etc). Responsibilities Provide Client Integration and Testing Support Services, including: Providing application packaging support using common application packaging software Providing operating system, application, and hardware testing support. Writing and following test plans, submitting completed test plans, and recommending go/no go based on test results Providing MS group policy support for creation, modification, and deletion. Troubleshooting group policy issues on clients and servers Providing support for application packaging, application OS testing, patch management, group policy and troubleshooting OS application issues Providing support for system image creation using current processes including, but not limited to, MS development toolkit Providing support for device image deployment via Windows Deployment Services or similar products Providing VDI support including installation, configuration, and operations of the environment. This also includes server back-end, client, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization Providing managed print and output solutions. This includes centralized print, scan, copy, etc. solutions and back-end configuration, device configuration, server and device installation as it pertains to a managed print solution Providing scripting support using Powershell, Batch, and vbscript Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (engineering, math, science, information systems, management information systems, or IT degree) + 5 years of relevant IT experience OR 11 years of relevant IT experience.
