Over the course of the internship, interns will assist Branch Administrators, Production Managers, Account Managers, and Branch Managers with their day-to-day responsibilities, gaining comprehensive knowledge of each management-level position within the branch.Our Internship program covers a wide range of specialties, that include, but are not limited to:Landscape ManagementLandscape InstallationHardscape InstallationIrrigation and Water ManagementSales and EstimatingIn-depth Orientation - A thorough company orientation. This is a great way to determine your goals with our company positions.Leadership Workshops - A great opportunity to meet different Division leaders and discuss varies business topics.Cross-training - This is a great opportunity to learn skills in several different positions. This will help you find your perfect niche.Mentor Program - You will have one of our managers assigned to assist you with the learning process.Management Training - You will learn all aspects of the business, technical knowledge, leadership training, business development and presentation skills, project management, account management and branch administration.Career Opportunities - After a successful completion of our internship, you will be eligible for full-time opportunities after graduation.Monthly Evaluation - This is the perfect way to review your performance, revisit your goals and we can receive your feedback on your experience during the program.QualificationsCurrently in your third or final year of a Bachelor's degree program in any areas of Horticulture such as the following: Landscape Contracting, Agriculture-Business, Landscape Design, Plant Science, etc.10 weeks commitmentReliable transportation and housing accommodations PROGRAM LOCATIONSManalapan, NJMiddletown, DEBaltimore, MDFrederick, MDAshland, VAOrlando, FLNaples, FLBoynton Beach, FLNorth ChicagoWest ChicagoColumbus, OHKansas City, KS
