Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be part of a dynamic HR team supporting the growth of the business. You must have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting for different positions and functions, also with the ability to handle high-volume requirements.This position is 6 months contract with the potential to extend or convert. It can be a hybrid work arrangement in Portland, OR or possible fully remote for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruiting strategies and methods based on the role, industry standards and client needsUnderstand the requirements, must haves and what it takes for candidates to be successful in the position; ensure an accurate job description and hiring criteria are in placePrequalify candidates based on criteriaConduct interviews with candidates using effective interview techniques to assess technical and soft competenciesAssist in coordinating interviews with candidates and facilitate offersEnsure metrics are met and reported in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields2-5 years managing full cycle of recruitment and hiring process in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in corporate or in-house recruiting is preferredExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skillsProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize assigned responsibilitiesFamiliarity with US laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentProficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn systems quicklyImpact Recruiting LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
