Flytrex is revolutionizing on-demand delivery in the suburbs using drones; working closely with some of the world's largest food corporations and restaurant chains, Flytrex is turning science fiction into reality.With a growing number of delivery stations in North Carolina and Texas, Flytrex is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager whose main focus would be increasing efficiency at those stations while assisting regional operations leaders and other team members to improve customers' satisfaction and overall experience. Working closely with the COO, the Operational Excellence Manager will exhibit a high degree of ownership in delivery of solutions by partnering with the Commercial, Operations, Management, Product teams and other stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesWork with regional operations managers, business leaders, tech teams and others to drive critical business initiatives.Determining the effectiveness of new processes and initiating new ones to increase operational efficiency.Implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects.Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional project teams, planning and executing complex projects across multiple stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes.Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills.Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations.Developing new processes and procedures to enhance operations.Coordinate procedures to help perfect the working relations between our Israeli and American teams.Collect feedback into metrics from the centers.Requirements:Five years of experience in similar roles.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership and delivering results.Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross-functional environment, including senior business members.Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner.Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematical and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.Experience leading global or regional program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts; technical and non-technical.Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through.Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results.Experience using statistical and database software.Consulting and project management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong multitasking and time management skills.
