Ullico Casualty Group, LLC. is actively recruiting a Sr. Marketing Analyst, for our Property and Casualty Department. This position is located in our Silver Spring, MD office. This person will provide support for the P&C group products for new product and program initiatives and new renewal business. Support business development by: 1) managing broker and client relations; 2) coordinating industry events, marketing collateral, and sales incentives; 3) providing customer service; and 4) managing programs and systems. May be responsible for conducting meetings with internal and external stakeholders and managing exhibit booths at conferences. Some travel required.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A' Incumbent may perform any or all of the following:Liaison with external stakeholder such as brokers and clients.Maintain excellent customer service via phone, online, and in person.Attend conferences and meetings for educational, relationship building, and exhibit booth purposes.Serve as lead on programs and projects such as online portals and new or existing product lines.Coordinate with other departments on developing marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and website content.Support management and leadership of product development on projects as needed.Provide support for department's Salesforce initiative.Create and distribute reports and slide decks for management.Perform research and analysis about our industry's trends.Support AVP of marketing to target new business.Assist in creating, reviewing and tracking reports, events, and educational opportunities.Utilize software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Adobe for completing projects and preparing materials.Perform other similar and related duties as required, including administrative duties such as, expense reports and check requests.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and 3 to 5 years of marketing experience. Insurance industry knowledge would be a plus. This person will need to exhibit a high level of professionalism and be able to interface with all levels of personnel. Exceptional written, organizational, communication, and presentation skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate should be a pro-active self-starter who is comfortable working independently, can think outside of the box, isn't afraid to make suggestions and can build and foster strong relationships. Attention to detail and ability to follow-through are essential.
