This position requires a self-starter mentality, being comfortable working in a fast-paced & evolving environment, and being able to strongly communicate and work within a team. This position will be part of our Peer to Peer team and focus on execution and optimization of messaging efforts and reporting.This position will give the opportunity to work and collaborate with the most innovative peer-to-peer texting platforms in the market to help our clients capitalize on this growing communication medium to achieve success. This role provides an opportunity to get valuable hands-on experience in a new technology, implementing and gaining strategic insights, and contributing to client and Targeted Victory growth. Applicant must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with client services team and industry leaders to execute fundraising strategy for various clientsWork closely with our prospecting teams to ensure texts are getting deliveredCollaborate with internal and external product teams on platform feedbackProvide strategic recommendations to help clients reach their goals.Position Requirements:This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, a related degree, or 1 - 2 years experience in marketing, or communication.Driven to learn more.Self-starter; grow in an environment where you find new solutions to problems;Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels; help to get a job done well and quickly.Ability to stay organized and perform tasks with a high attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects at one time.Ability to perform basic functions in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
