The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, campaign-style work environment and be able to coordinate with multiple teams across the organization to capture requirements and drive outcomes. Attention to detail, time management, the ability to manage both up and down, and a strong work ethic are must-haves.Key Responsibilities: Increase advertising team members' line of sight into the full array of active projects currently assigned and likely forthcomingMonitor all traffic with client teams; map and calendar any incoming requestsIdentify the steps from initial brief to project completion and tie each to concrete deadlinesIn conjunction with the director of advertising and department leads, implement team accountability for deadlines and deliverablesEstablish order of operations for competing time bound priorities; assign ranked priorities to advertising department leadsUtilize deadline-based project management tools to ensure advertising projects launch on time and are quality assured in real-timeLead documentation and compliance efforts, including financial paperwork and content warehousingOrganize an orderly, discoverable, and replicable cloud file sharing taxonomy in Google DriveContinuously assess and iterate the standardized process client services teams utilize to formulate and submit new advertising projectsIn conjunction with the director of advertising, assess advertising team members and build ad hoc teams for internal departmental projects and special projects from firm leadershipBe a strong collaborator and partner with product teams, client teams, and other departmentsFunction as a strategy partner and doer, provide leadership and insights, support strategic objectives, and be a hands-on member of the teamPosition Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, administration or equivalent work experience in a related fieldExperience in politics, public affairs, or advertising preferred4+ years of experience developing and implementing project plansDemonstrated experience successfully implementing project management software (Salesforce, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, or etc) across projects and teamsProven ability to insert time-sensitive priorities into principals' schedules and obtain necessary feedback and approvalsKeen understanding of paid, earned, and owned channels and the production and approval timeline implications of eachSignificant experience working with creative teams and/or trafficking paid and owned assetsDemonstrated ability to scale and improve programs, optimize efforts, and drive outcomesDemonstrated enthusiasm for building productive relationships with key stakeholders and leadershipExcellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tasks into manageable steps
