About the Organization & Opportunity: Our client is highly established in the manufacturing industry with over 100 years of experience Commitment to sustainable business practices including recycling Opportunity to advise as a leader in the industry Location: Culpepper, VA Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm OR Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Position Overview : Our client is seeking assistance due to their current workload. Responsibilities: Bank reconciliations - 100% focused on bank recs, the first will take several days, then the others will come together faster (the person who did bank recs previously is no longer at the company, the process he used was extremely cumbersome, not user friendly. Our client is seeking someone who could offer insight on a more user-friendly process. Drilling down on lots of transactions and able to sort them Project will be done in Excel. Needs someone able to pick apart a bank rec. Probably won't need to go into the GL system. This will be cash accounts reconciliation. They have a sweep account, so it's a little more complicated, because cash sweeps the accounts against the group deck. Accounts get funded every night. Requirements: Ideally 5+ years of bank recs experience, If someone has less, they would be considered as long as they are really proficient with bank recs. While time spent in the GL will be limited, ideally someone with experience using a mid to large ERP system Bachelor's degree is a plus not required if someone has strong bank recs experience Intermediate Excel skills - V look ups and pivot tables would be a plus Personality Fit: Strong work ethic, drive, and focus to stay on task and complete this project Team player Strong written and verbal communication skills - Takes good notes Able to ask for help when needed Can do attitude Qualified candidates please email your resume for immediate consideration! #CFSAUG2022
